Recipe For Mandarin Cup Cake

Ingredients :

4 eggs
100 grams of granulated sugar
1/2 tsp cake emulsifier
125 grams of wheat flour
1 tablespoon lemon juice powder
100 grams of margarine lumerkan

Ornament :

50 grams of cream powder
100 ml of cold milk
Canned mandarin orange in moderation

How to make Mandarin Cupcake :

1. Preheat oven to temperature of 175 degrees Celsius.
2. Prepare muffin pan, put the paper cup and set aside.
Beat eggs with sugar and white flour for 7 minutes until fluffy, put orange juice and liquid margarine and stir well.
3. Pour into pan and bake for 20 minutes until cooked, remove and let cool.
4. Garnish: whipped cream powder and cold milk, stir well, put into a decorative bag.
5. Create a garnish of cream and mandarin orange berries, store in refrigerator.
6. Serve as a friend for coffee or tea.
