Recipe For Steamed Fruit Cake  

Ingredients :

350 grams of butter
225 grams of refined sugar
10 egg yolks
10 items egg whites, beaten stiff
350 grams of flour

50 grams of green cherries, diced
50 grams of raisins
50 grams of dried apricots, diced
50 ml rum, if desired
