Recipe For Cheese Corn Muffins

Fragrant savory muffin scent is very tempting. It was savory with the sweet crunchy corn grain accents with fragrant leeks and onions. To two kinds of cheese making steady savory taste.

Ingredients :

- 2 chicken eggs
- 50 g butter, melted
- 120 ml of liquid milk
- 150 g boiled sweet corn kernels
- 1 tablespoon finely sliced green onion
- 20 g onions, chopped, sauteed
- 50 g grated cheddar cheese
- Sift together:
- 200 g of wheat flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder

Topping :

- 50 g grated cheddar cheese
- 50 g parmesan cheese powder
- ½ tsp paprika powder

How to Make Cheese Corn Muffins :

1. Whisk the egg off.
2. Mix with milk and melted butter and stir well.
3. Sift the flour mixture in the bowl.
4. Make a hole in the middle.
5. Pour the milk and egg mixture.
6. Stir gently until blended.
7. Add corn and cheddar cheese and stir well.
8. Pour the batter into the muffin pan or paper cups.
9. Give a sprinkling of cheese and paprika powder.
10. Bake in a hot oven 180 C for 30 minutes.
11. Remove and serve warm.

Serving for 8 servings.
