This chocolate cake batter using dark chocolate, white chocolate while wearing layers. Once cooled and fused with the cake, it was unbelievable good. You can add garnish to taste, fresh fruit or a variety of chocolate garnish.

Ingredients :

- 120 g dark cooking chocolate
- 20 g unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon of full cream liquid milk
- 120 g unsalted butter
- 350 g of caster sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- 2 chicken eggs
- 375 ml full cream milk

Sift together :

- 240 g of wheat flour
- 25 g chocolate powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt

Layers:

- 400 ml fresh cream
- 60 g butter
- 450 g white chocolate, chopped

How to make Chocolate Layer Cake :

1. Melt chocolate with butter and milk until melted. Remove and allow to cool.
2. Beat butter, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
3. Add eggs one at a time while stirring until blended.
4. Enter the melted chocolate mixture and stir well.
5. Enter the flour mixture alternately with the milk while stirring until blended.
6. Pour batter into 2 pieces 18 cm baking dish that has been covered with waxed paper and butter. Flatten.
7. Bake in a hot oven 180C for 40 minutes until cooked. Remove and let cool.
8. Layers: Take 200 ml cream, mixed with butter and chocolate. Tim until melted. Remove and set aside to cool.
9. Whisk the remaining cream until thick.
10. Place the container of melted chocolate mixture over a bowl of ice cubes. Beat until the dough is so thick.
11. Add whipped cream, beat until blended.
12. Grease a cake and decorate it with the dough.
