Recipe For Pancake With Caramel Sauce


Ingredients :

- 5 egg yolks
- 3 eggs egg whites
- 150 grams of sugar
- 300 cc of liquid milk
- 250 grams of self raising flour
- 35 grams of melted butter
- ½ tsp salt,
- Vanilla to taste
- ½ lemon, take the water
- 7 tablespoons granulated sugar for caramel sauce

How To Make Pancakes With Caramel Sauce :

1. Combine milk and lemon juice, let sit for 10 minutes or until the milk looks mixed. Enter the other ingredients, stir until well blended using a whisker and smooth, then set aside at least half an hour.
2. Heat a teflon, spread thinly with butter, pour one ladle batter. Cook over low heat, until browned on one side, then turn until cooked. Repeat until the dough runs out.
3. Caramel Sauce : Heat sugar in a pan over low heat, let stand until the color turns golden brown. Pour half a cup of hot water, stirring until slightly thickened.
4. Place pancakes on serving dish and pour the caramel sauce.
