Ingredients :

- 1/2 piece Flourless Chocolate Ice Cream
- 1 liter Vanilla Ice Cream
- 250 grams Milk Chocolate, chopped
- Condensed Cream 100 ml
- Cornflakes or 150 grams of biscuits, knead
- 50 grams of Chocolate Chips

How to Make Crunchy Chocolate Ice Cream Cake :

1. Prepare a baking sheet assembling spherical diameter of 20 cm, Cover the bottom with baking paper. Set aside.
2. Warm the heavy cream to a double boiler. Add the chopped milk chocolate, stirring until completely melted and cooled chocolate.
3. Enter the cornflakes / biscuits that have been crushed rough. Stir well. Pour in pan. Flatten. Let set / frozen. Or could also put cornflakes / biscuit cake on top of it later.
4. Pour 2/3 parts of ice cream. Flatten. Cover the top with Flourless Chocolate Cake.
