Ingredients :

- 700 g low protein flour
- 475 g margarine / butter
- 300 g sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
- 1 tsp fine salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla paste / vanilla powder
- red dye taste
- yellow dye to taste
- green dye to taste

How to Make Watermelon Cookies :

1. Stir in margarine with egg yolks, sugar, salt and vanilla paste and stir well.
2. Enter the flour little by little, stirring constantly with a plastic spatula.
3. Divide the dough into three parts. Each add dye yellow, green and red, mix well. Add black sesame seeds on the red dough, stir again.
4. Minced green and yellow thick dough 1/4 cm. Stack the yellow batter over the green dough, give the middle with red dough. Roll up and condense. Allow the dough in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
5. Remove the dough, cut into thick slices 1/2 cm and split into two parts so as watermelon.
6. Arrange dough pieces in a baking dish spread margarine. Bake in the oven temperature is 140 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes or until pastry cooked. Remove, let cool. packed in airtight jars.
