Recipe For Banana Chesee Cake


Ingredients :

- 150 g margarine plain
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 5 egg yolks
- 3 ripe bananas (or Cavendish bananas), mashed.
- 50 ml of milk
- 100 grams of grated cheddar cheese
- 250 grams of flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
- 3 Albumin
- Salt to taste


How to make Banana Cheese Cake :

1. In a large bowl, mix margarine and powdered sugar to combine. Add yolks, one at a time, while beating on medium speed until fluffy.
2. Add mashed bananas. Banana shake until completely dissolved.
3. Add milk and 50 grams of grated cheese. Beat well.
4. Gradually add flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Beat well. Set aside.
5. In a small bowl, whisk Albumin and vanilla until frothy. Add to banana mixture, stirring until well mixed.
6. Prepare a square tray, coat with margarine. Pour the banana mixture.
7. Bake in oven until half cooked. Drizzle with the remaining grated cheese. Continue baking until golden brown.
8. Cool for 10 minutes on a wire rack. Remove the cake from the pan to cool completely.
9. Cut and serve banana cake.
