Recipe For Orange Cake


Ingredients:

- 6 egg yolks
- 3 egg whites
- 175 grams of sugar
- 75 grams of melted butter
- 1 tablespoon grated orange peel Sunkist
- 175 grams of wheat flour
- 25 grams of cornstarch

Spread :

- 250 ml of water
- 50 ml thick orange syrup
- 2 tbsp cornstarch

How to make Orange Cake :

1. Prepare a paper cup diameter 7 cm, put in a muffin pan.
2. Beat eggs and sugar until white and creamy, enter Sunkist orange peel, wheat flour that has been mixed with cornstarch, smooth.
