Materials :

- 5 eggs
- 150 grams of sugar
- 180 grams of carrot, grated

- 100 grams of margarine, melted

How to Make Carrot Cup Cake :

1. Beat eggs with sugar until soft and fluffy. Add flour sifter, cornstarch, milk powder and oatmeal. Once mixed well, put carrots. Stir again.
2. Pour liquid margarine. Stir gently.
3. Pour batter into a mold that has been coated with a small cup cake. Oven until cooked.
