Recipe For Cheesecake (Kastengel)


Ingredients :

- 250 grams of butter
- 300 grams of cake flour
- 1 egg
- 100 grams of grated Edam cheese
- 100 grams of grated cheddar cheese
- 3 egg yolk, for brushing
- Spreadable margarine to taste

How to make Cheesecake :

1. Beat the butter with the egg whites until white and fluffy
2. Enter grated Edam cheese as she whipped until blended
3. Enter the flour, stirring gently with a wooden spoon until well blended.
4. Dough with minced ½ cm thickness, cut into pieces ½ cm long with a width of 2cm. Put in a baking dish and arrange in a flat that had been spread with margarine.
5. Brush the top with egg yolk, sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese. Bake at 160C for 25 minutes until golden brown and dry. Remove and let cool. Store in an airtight jar.
