Ingredients :

- 500 g butter
- 500 g Dark Chocolate 60%​​, chopped
- 300 g sugar
- 10 egg yolks
- 10 chicken eggs
- 150 g of wheat flour
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 1 tbsp Mayer's Rhum

How to make Molten Chocolate Fondant :
