Recipe For Brownie Cupcake

Ingredients :

- 225 g butter

- 180 g dark chocolate, chopped

- 150 g sugar

- 3 eggs

Sift together :

- 210 g flour

- 1 tsp baking powder

- ½ tsp vanilla powder

- 1 teaspoon salt

How to make Brownie Cupcake :

1. Team butter and chocolate until melted. Set aside.

2. Whisk sugar and melted chocolate until blended.

3. Add the eggs one at a time while stirring until blended.

4. Add flour mixture, stirring until blended.

5. Pour into paper bowls.

6. Bake in a hot oven for 40 minutes until cooked.

7. Remove, let cool.

8. Give a spread and garnish to taste.

For 12 pieces
