Recipe For Strawberry Roll Cake


Ingredients :

- 5 egg yolks
- 2 egg whites
- 100 grams of sugar
- 1 tsp cake emulsifier (ovalet / tbm)
- 80 grams of wheat flour
- 100 grams of margarine, melted
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- strawberry jam to taste, to spread
- 150 gm fresh strawberries, cut into small dice
- powdered sugar to taste (for sprinkling)

How to make Strawberry Roll Cake :

1. Preheat oven to temperature of 175 degrees Celsius. Prepare baking pan size 33 cm x 22.5 cm x 1.5 cm, spread with margarine and sprinkle with flour, set aside.
2. Heat the margarine until melted, remove from heat after a rather cold, mixed with flour, stir well and set aside.
3. Beat eggs with sugar and cake emulsifier for 7 minutes or until fluffy and stiff. Enter the flour and margarine mixture, stir well, add baking powder and stir well.
4. Pour into pan and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown, remove from heat.
5. Prepare a baking sheet, turning the cake is cooked, while hot spread with strawberry jam, strawberry sprinkle, then roll. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
6. Cut according to taste. Serve for 12 pieces.
