Ingredients :

Ganache :

- 160 ml fresh cream
- 160 g dark cooking chocolate, chopped

Fondant :

- 200 g dark cooking chocolate, chopped
- 200 g unsalted butter
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 egg whites
- 560 g flour
- 80 g sugar
- 40 g brown sugar
- 160 g of vanilla ice cream
- 80 ml brown sauce


How To Make Chocolate Fondant Cake With Vanilla Ice Cream :

Ganache :

- Tim chocolate until melted, remove from heat.
- Heat the cream to the boil slowly. Lift.
- Pour the cream into the melted chocolate.
- Stir until thick and smooth. Let stand until hardened.
- Form chocolate dough into small balls. Set aside.

Fondant :

1. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
2. Add sugar a little as she whipped until stiff.
3. Tim chocolate and butter until melted.
4. Add the egg yolks, stirring until thick.
5. Add flour and stir well.
6. Add egg whites, stirring until well blended.
7. Prepare heat resistant bowls.

10. Keep in refrigerator for 1 hour.
11. Bake in hot oven 200 C for 20 minutes.
